The only requirement is knowing what’s needed and then delivering what’s needed on time
Van Morrison once sang “The only requirement is knowing what’s needed and then delivering what’s needed on time”.
And there you have it. A million PowerPoint presentations, thousands of business schools, MBA’s and flip charts, reduced to two simple lines.
We try to do the right thing, the best thing, for our clients. We certainly hope that effort is appreciated and repaid when the time is right. Most of the time, what we do is second nature. Sometimes, we do things that seem pretty standard but to the client, they mean much more. This is why we are proud and heartened to get this testimonial from a client we recently helped out during lockdown.
“Our bulk loading arm is crucial to supply from our site, handling around a third of our production and on a rapid turn-around basis in order to meet the needs of our customers. Following an impact on the Folding Stairs, the Carbis Loadtec engineers were highly proactive in getting us up and running again. A new set of stairs would take too long to arrive, so they dismantled their own display stairs and had them shipped to the site within one day. They then attended the following day to strip our old and severely damaged folding stair and rebuild the access system, essentially from scratch. This was done in only a few hours. Even so, the work was well planned, and conducted safely, and the finish was to the usual high standard we have come to expect.
The responsiveness, agility, and quality of the service from Carbis-Loadtec has ensured we are back up and running in a far shorter time than we thought possible. We are more than pleased with the outcome and the support we have received from the helpful guys at CLG.”
We have earned the weekend. Have a good one. Stay safe, do the right thing.
