LPG Loading Skids by Carbis Loadtec allow clients to single-source all their LPG tanker Loading needs.
These images show Carbis Loadtec’s custody transfer LPG truck loading meter skid with ground verification, Coriolis meter and Batch controller. Fitted with flow control valve and pneumatics and actuated ball valve. The skid is 300# class with Schedule 80 pipe, Class 1, Div. 2 electrical with NEMA 4X Junction box built to IEC 60529, IP66 and piping designed/tested to ASME B31.3.
We can provide LPG Metering Skids with or without pumps and optional Mercaptan Injection. These are increasingly required for sites in remote locations where the availability of local skilled workforces is uncertain. The skids arrive pre-built and pre-tested for instant plug-and-play operation. Combined with the Carbis Loadtec LPG Loading Arms, they become a significant factor in the terminal’s success.
These skids have been supplied to Nigeria for a 12-bay loading terminal and are currently being provided to other African regions.
