Bottom Loading Vapour Recovery Arms for chemicals by Carbis Loadtec are designed to capture the vapours displaced from the road tanker or rail tanker, during ground level filling operations.
In most cases the vapours are routed to a ground level connection near to the liquid inlet. Carbis Loadtec provides chemical loading stations, comprising of a low level, bottom loading arm and a second Bottom Loading Vapour Recovery Arm that will connect to the tanker vapour outlet without lifting or hazard for the operator.
Both arms are mounted on a common standpost and can be equipped with emergency release couplers, valves and sensors to help automate the process.
