Bottom Loading Vapour Recovery Arms for chemicals by Carbis Loadtec are designed to capture the vapours displaced from the road tanker or rail tanker during ground-level filling operations.
The vapours are usually routed to a ground-level connection near the liquid inlet. Carbis Loadtec provides chemical loading stations comprising a low-level bottom loading arm and a second bottom loading vapour recovery arm that will connect to the tanker vapour outlet without lifting or causing hazards for the operator.
Both arms are mounted on a common standpost and can be equipped with emergency release couplers, valves and sensors to help automate the process.
