Autoload Loading Arms for Rail Tank Car filling, combined with Carbis Gangways and rail SAF-T cages for ultimate safe access and tanker loading without human contact.
The arms locate the open manhole and automatically move to insert into the RTC and fill sequentially, once all permissives are received. On completion, the arm will return to its parking position.
The Carbis Gangways are track mounted to cope with any spotting variations and allow safe access for opening of the manhole. This is a very safe and efficient method of loading multiple rail cars by massively reducing the operator time spent on handling the process piping.
