Woodfield Systems LTD Buy Loadtec Marine Arm Division
Loadtec Engineered Systems is delighted to announce the sale of its Marine Arm division to Woodfield Systems Ltd. Based in Whitstable, UK, Woodfield Systems has manufactured marine arms since the 1950s.
The Loadtec Marine Arm division has developed enormously over the last two years and has revolutionary designs that customers can immediately benefit from. Sales have been robust from a standing start, and the division has reached a point where it needs to develop and grow within a like-minded business. Woodfield Systems Ltd have the resources and ambition to support the “Loadtec Marine Arm” product range, and it will complement the established Woodfield Marine Arm brands, which have a long and vital history.
The core Loadtec Marine team will also transfer to Woodfield to continue their excellent work.

Loadtec Engineered Systems will continue to focus on its core competencies: road and rail tanker bulk liquid transfer and fall prevention systems. We are taking strong and positive steps to lead the way with new products and packages that represent the cutting edge of what is achievable in Chemical plants and terminals.”
