Heated Loading Arms
Heated Loading Arms by Carbis Loadtec are designed to keep fluids flowing when ambient temperatures are low or the liquid is highly viscous.
Handling viscous products that may require heating to assist transfer can be easily configured.
Heated Loading Arms can be steam traced, steam, water or oil jacketed, electrically traced or just insulated. It is also important that the loading arms are carefully designed to avoid trapped liquids or open end pipes when not in use.
Heated Arms can be very tightly temperature regulated. These can be specified or advised at configuration stage to meet the clients site, process and safety regulations.
