The nature of Waste solvent is highly flammable, toxic and odorous. Carbis Loadtec Waste Solvent Loading Arms provide several features to prevent vapour escape and static generation during loading. They can also be upgraded to Autoload or hands-free operation.

The Carbis Loadtec Waste Solvent Loading Arm has been designed to resolve a number of issues while loading tankers: vapour recovery; secure high-level detection; permissive based loading and avoidance of splash fill.

The arm is pneumatically balanced and has an automatic telescopic drop pipe that deploys and raises only in the correct sequence, this ensures loading cannot commence until all safety systems are satisfied.

The Carbis Loadtec Waste Solvent Loading Arm can also be equipped with a meter skid system mounted on the standpost to give clients a true ‘plug and play’ solution. This is also available with Autoload so there is no operator exposure.
