“Horizon Terminals Limited is an independent bulk liquid storage company with 6,676,400 m3 of total storage capacity, with Terminals owned and operated in Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. We have a diverse portfolio of products and are handling these across marine, truck and rail loading infrastructure.

Alec Keeler Managing Director of Carbis Loadtec conducted an educational talk at the StocExpo MEA 2017 in Dubai, at our ‘HTL Innovation Theatre’ for Technical, Maintenance and Project Managers from across our Terminals and Parent company ‘ENOC’. The educational talk provided a structure which was concise, logical and effective for solutions for working at height and product loading/unloading. Alec has a lot of underpinning knowledge of the subjects, and has clearly designed and developed bespoke solutions for Carbis Loadtec with thought and expertise.

The benefits from having Alec presenting allowed us to not only understand the solutions that Carbis Loadtec can provide but the inherent safety risks and dangers that we Horizon Terminals Limited face when working at height and loading/unloading vessels, road tankers and rail cars. HTL now have the fundamental knowledge to allow personnel to go back to their operations and assess the safety hazards associated with working at height and product loading/unloading, and be able to have workable solutions to mitigate these risks.

HTL looks forward to working with Alec in the future for his expertise and knowledge in the field. We also believe that Carbis Loadtec can provide smart, neat and efficient solutions which will meet our operational and business demands.”
